One fee, billed only if DealerKey wins
- $1,500 flat. If DealerKey doesn’t win your vehicle, there’s no DealerKey fee.
- Your maximum, in writing. You approve the exact vehicle and the most DealerKey can bid for you. DealerKey never bids past it.
- Every other charge itemized before you approve a bid. DealerKey takes no referral money from lenders, transporters or inspectors.
Vehicle price, auction fees, out-of-state transport, optional inspection, repairs, document charges, tax, title and registration are separate. No delivery charge from a Utah auction. Auction vehicles are sold as-is, with no dealer warranty.
Common questions
Can I test-drive it?
Not before the sale. You get the photos, the condition report and the auction’s announcements, and you can add an inspection by the auction’s own shop before the vehicle leaves the lot. A green sale light means the auction backs its announced condition under its arbitration rules, which have short deadlines. After delivery the vehicle is yours as-is.
Can I finance it?
Yes, through your own bank or credit union. DealerKey doesn’t make loans and takes no lender commission.
Is DealerKey licensed?
DealerKey Auto LLC is a bonded, Utah MVED-licensed used motor vehicle dealer, No. 476C, in Springville. License, terms and dispute policy: licensing and transparency.
